Celestial Festival Workshops

Xinan Pandan lead a hands-on creative screen printing workshop where participants were able to screen print in order to upcycle clothes and totebags. Xinan provided screens with some of their incredible illustrations.⁠

Vicky Hongli lead an educational workshop were participants learnt about Chang’e and how she became known as the goddess of the moon as well as what the moon symbolises Asian cultures. Participants also had the opportunity to make mooncake figurines out of clay and place them in their homes to celebrate the meaning of mooncakes beyond the Mid-Autumn Festival.⁠
